  • 3/4 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar

How to Make a Penyet Fried Duck :

  1. Boil the spices, bay leaves, lemon leaves, and lemon grass until boiling. Put the cooked duck until it is soaked and cooked. Lift. Cool it down.
  2. Fry the duck in heated oil on a high heat until it is browned. Fry until cooked. Set aside.
  3. Set duck with chili sauce.
